For over 15 years, FAN has stood beside girls and women in every sport and at every age, giving them the boost they need to chase “the next level.” You don’t have to be enrolled in school—what matters is your passion, your dedication, and your commitment to your sport.
Since 2009, FAN has awarded more than $194,000 in scholarships to 365+ athletes—each with their own story, goals, and determination. Now it’s your turn.

Application Process and Information:
1. Before you start the scholarship application,
https://tinyurl.com/2026-Scholarship-Application, read through it on the website. It takes some prep, so write your answers in Word/Google Docs first, then copy them in. All updates will come by email from [email protected]. Make sure you use the right email and check your inbox (and spam) in December for results.
2. Your application must include a recommendation letter. A coach, teacher, mentor, or someone who knows you well can write it (not family). Share this link with them: https://tinyurl.com/2026-FAN-Recommendation. They should talk about your athletic experience, goals, and other strengths. It’s your job to follow up and make sure they submit it!
3. FAN offers a few scholarships based on financial need. If you qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch or Food Stamps, you can apply for these. Send proof to [email protected] by the application deadline. (Most scholarships don’t require financial need—this is just for the special ones!)
